• Participants should follow all directions given by the ATV guide and activity staff.
• Expect the ATV route to be muddy, slippery, bumpy, and wet depending on weather conditions.
• Ride carefully and stay on the route set by the guide.
• This activity is not recommended for pregnant women.
• Participation is not advised for guests with serious back problems, heart problems, or serious physical conditions.
• Anyone who participates despite having medical or physical conditions accepts the associated risks, which are outside our responsibility.
• Children may ride as tandem passengers when age, height, and provider policy meet the operator’s requirements.
• Weather can influence the route and activity experience.
• The itinerary may change depending on weather, safety considerations, route conditions, or local regulations.
• If there is a serious or minor accident during pickup, drop-off, or ATV activity, our responsibility is limited only to ambulance costs or transportation costs to the nearest hospital or clinic.
• We are not responsible for personal medical treatment costs, hospital bills, loss of personal belongings, or any additional expenses.
• Guests are strongly advised to have personal travel insurance.
• Cancellation and reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before the activity starts.
• Late arrival or no-show may be considered a same-day cancellation and may not be refunded.

Pickup and drop-off service is available from selected areas in Bali. Pickup time depends on your hotel location and will be confirmed after booking.

Please be ready at your hotel lobby or agreed pickup point at least 10 minutes before pickup time.
